Hybrid design meets hybrid insulation – TirolWool Responsive is Salewa’s proprietary lightweight insulation fabric that combines innovative polyester fibers reinforced with thermoactive minerals with wool from Tyrolean mountain sheep. The heat emitted by the body is absorbed and transformed into infrared radiation, which is stored and reflected, keeping you warm longer. TirolWool Responsive is waterproof, breathable and still keeps you nice and warm even when wet. The fitted insulated hood, adjustable at the back, provides extra protection. And because the jacket packs down to save space, it fits in any backpack and can be worn under any hardshell jacket.
